Sirus Boat Tours was founded in 2024 thanks to the initiative of two young skippers, Andres and Alessandro who, after
having accumulated work experience in the world of sailing and charters, decided to
put to good use the skills acquired by setting up a company and purchasing their first boat.
“Sirius”, as the hull is called, is perfectly equipped to welcome all those tourists who are looking for a
dynamic, fresh and totally customizable experience according to their requests.
Among the equipment of the boat we find a large bow sundeck accessible from the port and starboard gangways and a special feature, from
the ladder positioned at the bow. At the stern the vessel has a large sofa which is very comfortable during navigation or to enjoy the shade
of the awning. Furthermore, a refrigerator capable of holding a large quantity of drinks is installed under the skipper’s seat. Below deck, there is a toilet.
OPERATION AREA
Operation is guaranteed throughout the Gulf of La Spezia, therefore all the seaside villages such as Cadimare, Fezzano, Le Grazie, Portovenere,
San Terenzo, Lerici and Tellaro without forgetting the islands of the Gulf: Palmaria, Tino and Tinetto, as well as all the coves that are found outside
from the Portovenere canal towards the north.
Our goal is to enhance little-known locations and destinations for "Slow" tourism, which seeks incredible views and little influenced
by mass tourism, for this reason in our Tours we will give the opportunity to go ashore and enjoy a
coffee in one of the seaside villages and appreciate the "Slow Life" that distinguishes these small villages built and inhabited mainly by
fishermen, mussel farmers and men and women of the sea. The Tours can depart from any area used for loading and unloading passengers in
the entire Maritime District of La Spezia.
For convenience, we will always try to depart from Porto Mirabello.
Our Guests will receive a Whatsapp message with the exact location of the departure point and all the useful information to spend a day in complete relax.

By law, all our boats have the following documentation in order:
- Certificate of suitability for rental issued by a certifying body (RINA)
- Specific liability insurance for rental with driver
- Registration in the Chamber of Commerce
- Certificate of commencement of activity stamped by the Coast Guard
- ART.68 (Authorization to operate within the relevant maritime district)
Furthermore, each boat has on board all the necessary safety equipment as regulated by the current Navigation Code.
According to our company policy, skippers are in compliance with HACCP courses for food processing and handling.

By choice and conviction, single-use plastic is not used on board, as it is one of the main causes of marine pollution. We have therefore opted to use compostable plates, glasses and cutlery. Less economical but certainly more sustainable. We also actively work to raise awareness among our guests on the protection of the marine environment by making them observe how abandoned waste ruins an environment that is as beautiful as it is fragile and delicate. Therefore, in concrete terms, we are committed to collecting as much plastic (balloons, buoys, nets, bags) as we find on our voyages. Spending hundreds if not thousands of hours at sea and wanting to live off this, we need to preserve it as much as possible, especially since La Spezia and its Gulf are located in the middle of the Cetacean Sanctuary where dolphins, blue whales and sperm whales are the mammals that are most affected by our choices.
